Illustrator Bootcamp is a 12-week online course that focuses on helping you master Adobe Illustrator so that you can step into the illustration industry, and market yourself as a professional. Part course, part mentorship, this program is extremely high-touch. As your instructor, you will have access to me for feedback and critiques as you work through each of the modules. The program consists of 8 modules beginning with the Adobe Illustrator basics, and then ramping up very quickly to more complex techniques. This program focuses specifically on the creation of Illustrated characters- at the end of the course you will be able to create portfolio- ready character illustrations that you can be proud of.

Having a distinct, unique personal illustration style is one of the most valuable things you can have as an illustrator, and when it comes to developing that style, there are really two options: 1) Wait and hope that a style will “appear” some day or 2) Dig deep, and do some excavation of your personality- your interests, inspirations, and influences to begin to piece together your style. The Illustration Style Academy will guide you through all the steps of this process. Through out the 6 modules of the course you will learn the system that I used to find and create my very own style. At the end of the course you will have a “Character Prototype”- which is essentially the prototypical character that you can use as the basis off which to build your entire illustration practice. You will have access to me for feedback and support as we work to find and develop your style together!

The 1:1 Illustration Mentorship is my most custom program, designed for students who want a completely personalized curriculum to meet them where they’re at in their illustration journeys. The program consists of 6 online 1hour sessions that, depending on the student may include; creative career planning, technique development, style refinement, social media/ portfolio strategy, and more! This is my most high-touch program, and I usually have 2 spots open per month. There is no minimum level of experience or technical knowledge required to apply!
